I had a pretty mixed stay at Elgel Hotel and Spa. While the first room I got was a real bummer due to noisy neighbors and issues like the bathroom being tiny, I was relieved when I moved to a better room. The staff were absolutely amazing and made the transition super easy. Plus, the location was decent, though a bit far from the city center. Overall, it wasn't perfect but the helpful staff made it a lot better.
